She has experience advising on merger control proceedings and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) proceedings as well as on cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, while also advising clients on follow-on damages actions and distribution agreements.

She has worked with German as well as international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including energy, FMCG, industrials, technology and many more.

  • Hapag-Lloyd AG, on the acquisition of the container liner business of the German shipping company Deutsche Afrika-Linien; on its acquisition of 40% shareholding in J M Baxi Ports & Logistics Limited, merger control advice.
  • Elmos Semiconductor SE on the sale of its wafer fabrication operations to Littelfuse, Inc., USA (Littelfuse), merger control advice.
