Karen advises on a wide range of banking transactions, including real estate lending, syndicated lending, leveraged finance, structured finance, general corporate lending and restructuring, as well as on European commercial paper programmes.
She is fluent in German.
Karen acts for both borrowers and lenders across jurisdictions and diverse product lines and sectors. She has extensive experience advising on international financing, with a focus European real estate developments. She was previously seconded to a German Landesbank.
