Kaleigh's practice focuses on complex commercial, antitrust, and securities litigation, as well as government and internal investigations.

She has represented individuals, corporations, and various financial institutions in a variety of matters in state and federal courts.

She is the Co-Chair of the Associates Committee and actively involved in the firm's Women's Initiative for Success, Excellence and Retention (WISER).

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a law clerk for the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, served as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and clerked for a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nevada.

  • Video game console manufacturer in a class action litigation challenging its decision to stop selling certain products through retailers as a violation of the antitrust laws.
  • Special board committee of pharmaceutical company in connection with internal investigation related to shareholder demand.
  • Individual employees in Department of Justice’s investigation of trade secret misappropriation.
  • Subscription fashion company on privacy policies and related notices in compliance with California Consumer Privacy Act.

Pro bono

  • Represented individual charged with wire fraud and making false statements in the Northern District of California.
  • Represented individual convicted of violations related to use of a skimming device on ATMS in the Northern District of California and on appeal with the Ninth Circuit.
  • Conducted comparative statutory analysis for international non-profit organization to aid in efforts to combat human trafficking.
  • Drafted privacy policy for non-profit global networking company for women in executive positions.
