Justine Yansenne

Justine advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital markets related work and corporate restructurings, within a domestic and cross-border context.

She has a particular focus on real estate investment projects. She holds a Master of Corporate Law Degree from the University of Cambridge.

Justine joined the firm in 2020.
