Julie Song is a New York law qualified associate who has advised on debt and equity capital markets transactions and liability management for issuers in Asia Pacific.
Julie focuses on high-yield bonds and investment grade bonds by issuers in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and South Korea. She has also advised on IPOs in Thailand and Vietnam. Julie was selected as the "Next Generation Lawyer" in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, 2017, 2018, 2019 and "Rising Star" in 2020. She is also recognized as a "notable practitioner" in the International Financial Law Review (ILFR1000).
