Julie advises corporations and investment banks on a broad range of cross-border transactions, including debt, equity, equity-linked, high-yield offerings, corporate hybrids, SEC-registered offerings, IPOs, block trades, and private credit transactions across Asia, in particular Korea, Southeast Asia, and Mongolia.

Julie has won multiple individual awards as a lawyer, having been selected as The Legal 500's ""Next Generation Lawyer"" (2017, 2018, and 2019) and ""Rising Star"" (2020, 2021, and 2025), and having been recognized as a ""Notable Practitioner"" by IFLR1000.
