Julia joined the firm in November 2023 after obtaining a cum laude LLM at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and earning an LLB and an honours certificate in Dutch Law from the Utrecht Law College.

Julia focuses on corporate law in a broad sense, advising on and co-ordinating complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions which includes acquisitions and disposals for both corporate and private equity clients and general (commercial) contract law.
