Julia Damsteeg


Julia specialises in all aspects of environmental law and spatial planning, including sustainability and climate transition regulation, carbon pricing and compliance.
She advises and litigates on real estate and corporate M&A transactions, (environmental) permitting and general administrative law matters, especially in regulated sectors.


Representative matters

A global datacenter operator in respect of the development and operation of several data centres and related infrastructure in the Amsterdam area.

A national and international clients on nitrogen related (permitting) matters.

A global chemicals company on the development of multiple hydrogen facilities in the Rotterdam area.

Several clients and litigating on the disclosure of environmental and sustainability information by governmental bodies.
