Experience

Representative matters

  • A hedge fund in civil, criminal and public law proceedings arising from fraud and breach of confidence by a former employee. This included successfully applying for summary judgment, as well as bringing a private prosecution and committal proceedings. 
  • A state-owned hospitality company in Commercial Court proceedings regarding breach of contract. 
  • An international engineering company on an investigation arising in connection with the Petrobras scandal. 
  • An international luxury goods company in relation to the settlement of a dispute with a third party supplier.
