Josh has experience in a range of corporate transactions including international M&A, private equity deals, joint ventures, IPOs, growth and venture capital investments, and general corporate advisory work. 

He has a particular focus on the Tech sector and has worked with companies and investors throughout EMEA and the United States on some of their most complex and transformative projects. Josh is also a member of the firm's Sports sector group. 

Josh has also spent six months on secondment to Goldman Sachs.
