Josef specializes mainly in capital markets law and has participated on a number of domestic and international debt securities transactions, including covered bonds and structured financial instruments.
He has experience preparing regulatory advice both for private sector clients and for the regulator. Lastly, he has experience working on cross-border financing deals.
