His expertise encompasses both domestic and international debt securities transactions, including covered bonds, high yield bonds, and structured financial instruments, as well as cross-border leveraged financings. In addition, Josef regularly provides advice on financial regulatory matters and liability management exercises, such as exchange and tender offers.

  • Global coordinators on the EUR 2.15 billion senior financing for Allwyn, a leading multi-national lottery operator. 
  • J&T Banka on its EUR 2.50 billion subordinated Tier 2 notes issuance. 
  • Initial purchasers in relation to a EUR 600 million senior secured notes offering by Allwyn. 
  • Raiffeisenbank a.s. on the issuance of EUR 500 million mortgage covered bonds listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. 
  • Dr. Max Group on their first retail bond issue on the Czech capital market with a total nominal value of CZK 5 billion. 
  • A global bank on its EUR 350 million issuance of senior non-preferred MREL-eligible green notes.
