José Antonio advises on labor and social security law. 
With more than 12 years of experience, José Antonio covers all aspects related to this matter, including, among others, the following: (i) labor litigation before all levels of social jurisdiction in Spain, especially in the National Court, (ii) collective bargaining and union rights, having participated in the negotiation of collective agreements (handling, brokers, aviation sector, among others), having negotiated numerous equality plans, and other collective agreements, (iii) reorganization processes, which covers both collective layoffs, individual layoffs, incentivized exit plans, and other reorganization mechanisms, (iv) labor advice in M&A processes, covering all aspects that could impact the transaction. José Antonio works with multinational companies from various sectors, many of his clients being companies in the financial sector. He regularly advises in three languages: English, French and Spanish, which often facilitates communication with clients.

Venture capital entity legal labour advice in relation to the sale of Adamo. – American Tower legal labour advice in relation to the EUR7.7bn acquisition of Telxius Towers. 

Sandfire on the labour aspects of the acquisition of Matsa, Spain's largest mine, for 1.6 billion.  

AD Ports Group , on the labour aspects in relation to the AED 2.5 billion acquisition of 100% Noatum, Spanish leader in port facilities.

A bank on a collective dispute with an exposure of 6M€. – Advising a financial services company, on a corporate reorganization that would imply implied massive terminations in the following jurisdictions: Spain, Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Belgium, Hungary, The Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Switzerland, and Austria. 

A pharmaceutical group on the closure of all its global subsidiaries because of the bankruptcy of the parent company. 

A consultancy company on a reorganization of its corporate services that involved a large number of redundancies which also led to complex litigation cases. 

A multinational food company on the implementation of several reorganizations in Spain, France, The Netherlands, Italy, and Belgium. 

An Aeronautical Company on the cross-border labour aspects of transferring a large number of employees from France to Spain. 

An Aeronautical company on all the procedures of the including the preparation of collective disputes and on the negotiation of its collective bargaining agreement affecting 14,000 employees.

A trading company in the negotiation of its collective bargaining agreement. This collective agreement is the first of its kind in the industry of Brokers.

A handling company in the negotiation of its collective bargaining agreement impacting around 3,000 employees.
