  • A syndicate of eight international banks on a sustainability-linked pre- and post-delivery financing made available to HMM Co., Ltd. for the construction and acquisition cost of nine dual-fuel containerships with an aggregate contract price of over US$1.1 billion.
  • A syndicate of two Nordic banks on a US$225.77 million revolving credit facility with an accordion feature made available to a Hong Kong shipowner to refinance twenty-one dry bulk carriers.
  • A syndicate of three international banks on a US$148.57 million Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO) financing of four newbuild bulk carriers for a Singapore shipowner.
  • An international bank on a revolving warehouse facility made available to an alternative capital provider to refinance its portfolio of sale and leaseback transactions.
  • An Islamic bank on a Shariah compliant Ijara leasing facility made available to an Emirati airline to finance the acquisition of four new Airbus A320neo.
  • An aircraft lessor on its bid to acquire an aircraft leasing platform with a portfolio of over 350 aircraft.
