He has experience assisting clients with applications, licensing, M&A and other corporate transactions, questions regarding structure and regulatory strategy, resolution planning, supervisory matters, investigations and enforcement actions. He also advises on crypto-asset and other financial innovation-related issues.
As part of his practice, Jonathan represents banks, fintechs and other financial institutions on matters involving U.S. anti-money laundering laws and economic sanctions.
Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Jonathan practiced in the financial institutions groups of other prominent U.S. law firms in New York and Washington, D.C.
