Jonas specialises in domestic and international leveraged finance and acquisition financing.
He is advising both lenders (banks and debt funds) and sponsors at all levels of the capital structure (senior, unitranche, mezzanine and PIK financing). Jonas also regularly advises arrangers, lenders and borrowers on investment grade corporate financings and M&A / event-driven financing transactions.
