Joanne works within a team that supports the firm’s debt capital markets practice globally by managing knowledge and providing training to clients and internal teams on general debt capital markets matters.
Joanne rejoined the firm in 2026 from a global financial institution’s legal team. Before joining the financial institution, she worked as an associate in the firm’s debt capital markets practice, during which time she spent three years in the Paris office. She advised on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions for corporates, financial institutions, and sovereigns, acting for both managers and issuers.
