Joana advises financial institutions, funds/private equity players, insurance companies, multinationals, and other corporate clients on the extensive range of employment law topics, including contractual structuring, performance management strategies, harassment, discrimination, workplace culture issues, sensitive separation cases, and litigation involving harassment, gender, or racial discrimination.
 

She also has particular expertise in business immigration matters and on regulatory remuneration restrictions in the financial sector (CRDIV and CRDV, AIFMD).

She was admitted as an Avocat (liste II) in Luxembourg in 2025.
