Jo is a Senior Regulatory Adviser (with over 20 years’ experience at the firm) and industry expert on securitisation regulation.

Jo advises on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters, with a particular focus on securitisation regulation and bank regulatory capital (structuring to optimise, and providing and advice and opinions in respect of, banks’ capital, liquidity, leverage and large exposures positions) under CRR, Basel, PRA/FCA and ECB requirements.

Jo has ‘held the pen’ on numerous securitisation industry responses, offering thought leadership and engaging with regulators to advocate for these, e.g., recently, for AFME on its response to securitisation aspects of the PRA’s CP 13/24 and DP 3/23 DP, for IACPM on the Commission’s Targeted Consultation on the Functioning of the Securitisation Framework, and on AFME’s Risk Retention RTS Response. Jo is extensively quoted and interviewed in the press on securitisation and prudential regulatory topics, e.g. recently Risk.net, Financial News, RTRA Intelligence, Structured Credit Investor and is a seasoned conference panellist and moderator (Invisso, PCS, SCI etc.)
