Jessica’s previous career as a practicing lawyer equips her with a depth of knowledge on litigation and investigations matters including in relation to insurance, banking, fraud and commercial disputes. Jessica joined the Project Management team in 2020.
 

Jessica remains a lawyer governed by the Law Society of Ontario (Canada).

As a Senior Legal Project Manager, Jessica takes care of the day-to-day management of legal projects across the firm. She ensures work is executed efficiently, transparently and to the highest standard. Her responsibilities include managing and co-ordinating cross-functional teams and parallel workstreams and designing and maintaining robust information flows. She also ensures regular communication between the firm, the client and any additional advisors. She manages the financial aspects of her matters including budgeting, monitoring fees and providing regular fee updates to the client and the firm’s leads.

Jessica has an excellent understanding of clients, having worked as an in-house lawyer within the litigation department of one of the UK’s largest financial institutions. This experience has enabled Jessica to clearly understand the everyday issues and constraints faced by in-house teams and how project management services can significantly transform the way legal services are delivered.
