Jesse has experience acting for parties in dispute resolution proceedings, including adjudication, arbitration, expert determination, mediation and litigation. He primarily represents clients in the construction, engineering, energy and mining sectors.
In addition to acting for parties in formal dispute resolution proceedings, he regularly advises parties on various project issues. Jesse has advised on projects in various jurisdictions, including Australia, the United Kingdom and the Middle East.

  • Advising an energy company in a multi-billion dollar insurance dispute in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
  • Advising a mining services contractor in proceedings against a mining company relating to the ownership of mine site infrastructure.
  • Advised a construction company in proceedings commenced against it by a subcontractor in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
  • Advising a contractor opposing an application for judicial review of an adjudication determination in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
