Jens Nollmann has a wide range of experience advising on international and German capital market transactions.
Jens’ practice includes debt issuance, including covered bonds, as well as securitisations of various assets, such as trade receivables, auto loan receivables, CMBS and RMBS. Another focus of his practice are registered bonds and promissory notes, especially in the context of structured and secured NSVs and SSDs.
Jens also advises on all related regulatory matters.
