Jennifer heads up our International Capital Markets Knowledge team covering International DCM, Derivatives & Securitization.
 
She is responsible for the development and management of internal and external knowledge resources and training programmes. 
 
Jennifer has a range of debt capital markets experience. She is actively involved in various industry working groups on debt capital market issues, including the impact of the EEA and UK prospectus regimes, ESG related regulation and digitalisation. She has also held the pen on aspects of industry standard documentation. Jennifer is a regular speaker on our internal and external training programmes.

Speaking Engagements

  • Co-host and a moderator at the European Primary Bond Markets Regulation conference with ICMA in January 2024 and February 2025 and January 2026.

Leadership Positions And Professional Affiliations

  • Member of the ICMA Legal & Documentation Committee
  • Member of the London Stock Exchange's Primary Markets Group
  • Chair of the UK region of the ICMA Women's Network and member of the International Steering Committee.
