Jeannette focuses on data protection, cyber and technology laws, in particular on compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AIA).

She specializes on advising digital- and data-driven business models on various matters relating to data protection, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digitalization and technological developments, such as cloud projects and negotiating respective contracts. Jeannette also advises on data- and cyber-incident management as well as on data protection, cybersecurity and AI matters concerning corporate transactions. 

Additionally, Jeannette offers experience in administrative proceedings and legal disputes in front of courts and gained international experience during a LL.M. at Vrije

Universiteit Amsterdam in International Business Law.
