He has participated in numerous transactions including the sale and purchase and lease of all types of real estate such as hotel complexes, shopping centers, high-street premises, office buildings and industrial sites, as well as in financial lease agreements, purchase options, corporate sale and purchase transactions and joint ventures.

He also has extensive experience in renewable energy projects. His work includes advice on acquisitions and sales of property-backed debt portfolios and REOs.
