Jason is one of the firm’s leading project development and construction lawyers.

He regularly acts for sponsors, lenders, governments and contractors in relation to the development, construction and monetisation of a broad range of energy and infrastructure projects and assets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas.

Jason has significant experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial and governmental contracts, including concession, supply, offtake, joint venture, construction, operations and maintenance arrangements in sectors as diverse as hydrogen, EV batteries, electricity and oil & gas.

CWP, as sponsor/developer, in connection with: a 50GW green hydrogen and derivatives project in Mauritania; a green hydrogen and derivatives project in Djibouti; and a portfolio of green hydrogen and derivatives project in Argentina. 
 
Verkor on the development and financing of an EV battery production facility in Dunkirk, France to supply battery products to Renault. 
 
AESC, as sponsor/developer on the development and financing of an EV battery gigafactory located in Douai, France to supply battery products to Renault.
 
ECAs and Lenders on the project financing of a green hydrogen project in Saudia Arabia.
 
JBIC, NEXI and other lenders in relation to the project financing of Warsan Waste-to-Energy Project in Dubai.
