Janka specializes in national and international tax advice on M&A and (re-)financing matters, particularly in connection with the structuring of private equity investments, tax reorganizations, and real estate and fund investments.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Janka completed a secondment with the New York Tax Team of A&O Shearman. She has gained working experiences as a trainee in the Frankfurt Tax Team and at other leading law firms.
