Jane is an Associate in the Real Estate team, fluent in English, Arabic and French with experience spanning the UAE and wider GCC region.

She advises on a broad range of real estate matters, including development work, high-value asset acquisitions and transfers, deal structuring, sale and leaseback and leasing.

She has experience advising on complex real estate aspects of strategic transactions and major development projects across the region. Her practice includes advising on land rights structuring, development and infrastructure-related transactions, real estate due diligence (including the UAE real estate aspects of cross-border M&A transactions), and the implementation of registrable property rights arrangements, including musataha and sub-musataha structures for industrial, infrastructure and data centre projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. She regularly works alongside multidisciplinary teams and supports clients through all stages of a transaction, from structuring and documentation through to regulatory and registration processes.

Leveraging her professional fluency in English and Arabic, Jane frequently liaises with government authorities, regulators and other stakeholders in connection with real estate registrations, development projects and transaction execution. She has particular experience coordinating multiple stakeholders on complex and time-sensitive matters.

Jane has also completed two secondments with BGRE (formerly known as Brookfield Properties), where she supported the asset management and properties teams on the management of a Grade A office and retail portfolio within the DIFC. Her secondment experience also includes advising on development projects, leasing matters and asset acquisition transactions relating to commercial, residential and industrial assets across the UAE and wider GCC region.
