Jana is an English and Czech law qualified lawyer. 
She specializes in project finance and export finance and works on transactions in the wider CEE and SEE regions, Turkey and Africa. She has acted as legal advisor to banks, international finance institutions, export credit agencies, investors and borrowers on transactions throughout Europe, in Middle East and in Africa. Her wider experience covers acquisition finance, syndicated lending and leveraged finance. The Legal 500 ranks Jana as a Rising star for Projects and Energy.

EBRD, IFC, Intesa and PBZ on the financing of 140-megawatt Karavasta solar project and a 19-kilometer overhead transmission line located in Albania.
 
A subsidiary of a global financial institution on the ECA-backed financing for the development, construction, and operation of 280 MW Alpaslan II dam and hydro power plant in Turkey by Czech-based hydroelectricity group ENERGO-PRO.
 
A club of banks on the financing for Moravia Gas Storage of underground gas storage forming part of the backbone gas infrastructure in the Czech Republic. 
 
A multinational financial institution on the financing of engineering, procurement and construction of production and assembly facility for the production of Ni-Cd batteries Saudi Arabia. 

 EBRD, IFC and ADB on multiple financings for Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC (the electricity distributor in Armenia) for the construction and modernisation of the Armenian electricity network.
