  • Bank of Scotland (as Seller) on the standalone Bridgegate Funding, Barrow Funding, Valley Funding and Harvest Funding 144A RMBS transactions.
  • NatWest Bank (as Seller) on their inaugural standalone RMBS transaction, Antler Mortgage Funding.
  • The originator on the establishment of a warehouse facility of second lien mortgage loans. 
  • The junior lender on the establishment of a forward flow facility of development loans. 
  • The originator on the establishment of a warehouse facility of consumer loans relating to handset and mobile devices. 
  • The sponsor on UK Logistics 2024-1 DAC, a 144A securitisation of two senior commercial real estate loans in connection with refinancing the acquisition of two last-mile logistics portfolios located in England.
