James has experience in a broad range of securitisations and structured finance transactions, including, in particular, residential mortgages, auto and consumer loans, non-performing loans, covered bonds and structures of both a public and private nature such as portfolio sales / acquisitions and warehouses.
James also has experience in derivatives and credit risk transfer transactions.
