  • A multinational financial institution on its acquisition of the core retail banking assets and liabilities of Sainsbury’s Bank, comprising its personal loan, credit card and savings accounts.
  • A multinational institution on the EUR1bn disposal of its EU Investor Service business to CACEIS.
  • A global investment management firm on a joint venture for the development of a Greek data centre.

Pro bono

  • Assisting a charity with advising clients in respect to appeals to eligibility decisions for Personal Independence Payment disability benefit.
  • Assisting a human rights charity on research into key strategic litigation cases in regards to freedom of speech.
