Representative matters

  • A global investment bank for a class action filed in the Federal Court of Australia regarding allegations of cartel conduct against five respondent banks to rig foreign exchange rates.
  • Greensill Capital and its administrators, Grant Thornton, on the administration of Greensill Capital in Australia. This is one of the largest and most complex insolvencies in recent Australian corporate history. The project includes complex and large-scale recovery litigation and investigations.
  • FC Capital on litigation and investigations arising from the collapse of Big Review TV. This ongoing project involves defence of complex investigations and lender liability litigation brought by the Liquidators.
