Jacob advises clients on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, including standalone bond issues, issuance programmes and liability management exercises, acting for both issuers and managers.

His practice has a focus on the raising of regulatory capital by financial institutions, in particular in the Hellenic region.

Jacob also has extensive experience of UK retail bond issues.
