Jack advises on a wide range of cross-border leveraged financings and other debt finance transactions, acting for a range of private equity funds and financial sponsors together with their portfolio companies.
He has worked with a number of major domestic and international private equity sponsors, including Bridgepoint, Brookfield, Cinven, CVC, Exponent, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Providence Equity Partners.

  • Bridgepoint on its recommended £626 million public takeover offer for Alpha FMC, a specialist consultancy business quoted on AIM in the UK. 
  • Brookfield and the Modulaire Group on the TLB and SSN refinancing of certain of Modulaire’s existing debt 
  • CVC on its financing in connection with the extension of its partnership with Multiversity through a CVC managed continuation fund. 
  • Exponent on the financing for its acquisition of Chanelle Pharma, Ireland’s largest manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals. 
  • Exponent and its portfolio company Natara on Natara’s cash offer to acquire Treatt plc a leading manufacturer and supplier of natural extracts and ingredients. 
  • A multinational alternative asset manager in connection with the financing for its acquisition of a majority stake in a leading Danish technology company. 
  • A multinational alternative asset manager in connection with its majority investment in a specific business line through a carve-out from a prominent UK construction group. 
  • A European retailer, together with its majority investor, on its incremental financing and liability management transactions and subsequent recapitalization.
