Senior Associate

Isabelle advises clients across all sectors, with a specific focus on private equity and private capital, on a wide range of corporate law matters with particular expertise on (both domestic and cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, migrations of companies, joint ventures, group reorganisations, intragroup transactions, corporate governance and management incentive plans.

Prior to joining our Luxembourg office in 2024 as Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A team, Isabelle worked for 8 years as lawyer in the corporate and M&A practice of Baker McKenzie in Luxembourg, where she gained significant experience.

Isabelle was seconded at the Luxembourg office of a leading US private equity firm in 2025.

Isabelle is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List IV) and the Paris Bar since 2016, and holds a master’s degree and a Magistère degree in French and European Business Law from the University of Lorraine (Nancy Law School).
