  • The Sponsors on a EUR6bn financing of Baltyk II and Baltyk III offshore wind projects in Poland by the ECAs and commercial banks.
  • The Mandated Lead Arrangers and SACE in relation to a SACE Push facility for a Turkish manufacturing company.
  • The Mandated Lead Arrangers (including HSBC Singapore) and SACE S.p.A. in relation to a SACE-covered push financing for Gelex Infrastructure Joint Stock Company.
  • The Arrangers and sovereign wealth fund, GIC, on the USD30m refinancing for an entity owned by KKR.
