Iqra’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border private mergers and acquisitions, exits, carve-outs, joint ventures, strategic and private equity transactions, and corporate governance matters.

Iqra advises both strategic corporate and private equity clients across a variety of sectors, and has experience drafting transaction documents, conducting due diligence and providing general corporate advice. She has a global and commercial perspective, having worked in the firm’s London and New York offices.
