Ingy’s experience is centered around advising local and international clients on transactions documents, deal negotiations and due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and public listings.
She also regularly assists with advising both investors and founder-backed companies on early and growth-stage funding as well as exit transactions in the Middle East with focus on the UAE.
