Her experience extends to mergers and acquisitions and financial regulations. She is highly experienced in cross-border transactions and advises Vietnamese and international conglomerates, multinationals, private equity funds, financial institutions and other corporates on their strategic and financial activities in Vietnam. 

Prior to joining A&O Shearman in 2025, Duong worked at leading law firms in Vietnam.
