Hiba acts for clients across a range of sectors on a wide range of matters. She is experienced in general corporate work, including joint ventures, disposals, corporate structuring and restructurings and corporate governance matters.

 Hiba also advises on all aspects of non-contentious employment law matters, including issues on employment contracts, employment policies and handbooks, benefits, business transfers, secondments and terminations. 

Prior to joining the firm, Hiba worked in the UAE for one of the largest international banks for over two years and at a global law firm for over five years. 

Hiba is an attorney at the Bar Association of Jordan and is fluent in both English and Arabic.

A US private equity fund in relation to its proposed acquisition of a minority stake in a UAE based trading company*. 

A leading pharmaceuticals company on its subscription for shares in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company registered in a UAE free zone*.
