  • Asian Development Bank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, The Export-Import Bank of China, DEG, Export Finance Australia, FinDev Canada and KEXIM Global (Singapore) Ltd. on a USD820mn climate financing to support Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited on the development of 649MW/396MWh of solar and solar with BESS in Thailand 
  • Pilbara Minerals Ltd on its AUD1bn senior secured revolving facility with a global financial institution as Agent and a syndicated of lenders. 
  • AdaniConneX, a 50:50 JV between Adani Enterprises Ltd and EdgeConneX, on the USD1.44bn sustainability-linked financing of five data centres in Pune and Hyderabad. This is the largest data centre financing in India. 
  • EdgeConneX Inc., a leading global data centre developer, on USD403.8m sustainability-linked facilities for its subsidiary PT Graha Teknologi Nusantara to finance (i) the build out and capacity expansion of an existing multi-tenant data centre; and (ii) the development on adjacent land of greenfield built-to-suit data centre facilities for a global hyperscaler in Jakarta, Indonesia. Awarded IJ Global “Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year” in 2024.

  • Financial Counsellors’ Association of WA on reviewing and updating legal information papers which are used by financial counsellors.
     
  • The Australian Water Safety on the Mekong Project on advice in relation to the legal liability of the management committee members and any necessary insurance.
