She recently relocated from the UK to lead the corporate practice group offering in the APAC region. Hannah brings with her over 8 years of experience working in private practice where her focus was predominately managing volume acquisition deals (including multi-jurisdictional matters) however she was also involved in IPOs, restructures, investment work, shareholder and LLP agreements and general corporate governance, company secretarial and compliance advice.

During her private practice role, Hannah established specialized corporate paralegal support units that optimized matter management and process efficiency and minimised costs for large scale transactions.

Before joining the firm, Hannah spent three years as a tutor at the University of Law, teaching on both the LPC and SQE programmes.
