Hannah Lawley
Hannah relocated from the UK in 2023 to lead the corporate practice group offering in the APAC region, where she has built a practice specializing in leading due diligence workstreams and processes by utilizing the latest legal technologies and innovations.

Hannah brings with her over 8 years of experience working in private practice where her focus was predominantly managing volume acquisition deals however, she was also involved in IPOs, restructures, investment work, shareholder and LLP agreements and general corporate governance, company secretarial and compliance advice.

During her previous private practice role, Hannah established specialized corporate paralegal support units that optimized matter management and process efficiency and minimized costs for large scale transactions.

Before joining the firm, Hannah spent three years as a tutor at the University of Law, teaching both the LPC and SQE programs.
