Her practice covers acquisition and other event-driven finance, and other structured finance transactions, across a wide range of capital structures. Her extensive experience of private credit transactions makes her ideally placed to advise clients on transactions where potential financing options require knowledge of both the syndicated and private debt markets. From 2018 to 2019, Hannah was seconded to Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for negotiating and executing transactions across the range of debt products offered by the EMEA credit finance team. In 2013, she was seconded to the firm's Singapore office.
