Before joining the firm in November 2021, Hannah trained in London with Pinsent Masons, where she qualified as a Banking Solicitor in 2018.
During her time with Pinsent Masons, Hannah also completed a client secondment with the HSBC Commercial Banking Legal Team (specifically the Real Estate Finance Legal Team). Hannah has experience working on multi-jurisdictional corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions. Since joining the firm, Hannah has worked closely with the B1 team and completed a secondment with the team at the end of 2022. Hannah has worked on a number of amendments/restatements and refinancings for the B1 team and has experience drafting finance documents and ancillary documents, managing the conditions precedent process, coordinating local counsel teams and coordinating signing/closings. Hannah has experience working with LMA documentation.
