Hamed is a Saudi-qualified disputes lawyer with extensive experience representing government entities, financial institutions, and multinational corporations in high-stakes litigation, ad-hoc and institutional arbitration.
His practice spans commercial, and real estate administrative, and criminal disputes, with a proven track record of success across all levels of Saudi courts, including the Supreme Court. He is also experienced regulatory and public policy, having worked on drafting several Royal Orders, Royal Decrees, Council of Ministers’ Resolutions, and several laws and regulations that are now in force.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Hamed worked at a Tier 1 Disputes Resolution practice in a Saudi law firm, where he advised on complex disputes and regulatory reforms. He also trained at the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers, contributing to the drafting of key national legislation and advising on constitutional and judicial reform projects, such as the Commercial Courts Law and the Law of Enforcement before the Board of Grievances.
