His practice spans cross-border mergers and acquisitions, regulatory investigations, and compliance. Guillermo works with leading companies in sectors such as semiconductors, digital markets, electronics, and consumer goods. Before joining A&O Shearman in October 2025, he practiced in the competition department of another international firm.
