Günther Rensen

Günther specialises in corporate law, advising several large Dutch listed companies, private companies and non-profit organisations on corporate governance issues as well as advising on notarial aspects of intra-group reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.
Günther is also a full professor of Company Law at Utrecht University. He has (co-)authored several books and articles on corporate law, is a member of the Corporate Law Committee of the Netherlands Bar Association and the Association of Civil Law Notaries. Günther joined the firm in 2009.
