Greta is an employment lawyer with a focus on all aspects of employment and equal opportunity law.
Greta’s practice spans all aspects of the employment relationship, including employment litigation, equal opportunity and discrimination, termination of employment and workplace investigations. Greta assists clients in a broad range of sectors, including large-scale retail, manufacturing, public transport, government, mining and infrastructure. She provides support and advice to clients to assist in understanding their legal obligations and navigating the employment landscape.
 
Greta has experience assisting clients on a range of litigious, advisory and transactional matters. She has advised on complex issues arising in all aspects of the employment relationship, and has extensive litigation experience.

Pro bono

Advising an Australian not-for-profit organization in relation to drafting and negotiation of an executive employment contract for an incoming Chief Executive Officer.

Advising an Australian unincorporated youth-led climate change network in relation to its incorporation and subsequent advice in relation to the transfer their assets to the new entity, including advice in relation to transfer of employment.
