Gregory advises UK and international clients on a broad range of financial services regulatory, compliance and governance issues, including MiFID II, recovery and resolution planning, ring-fencing for banks, capital requirements, and the regulatory aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings.
Gregory’s clients include banks, asset managers, private equity funds and other financial institutions.


Pro bono

Gregory is a trustee of the RAY Academy Trust, which currently operates two primary schools in Waltham Forest.
