Since then, Graeme has worked on a wide range of banking matters, and he is now responsible for developing the ADL offering to the firm’s funds & asset management (FAM) and financial regulatory teams. Graeme has a particular interest in legal process improvement, having assisted the Global FAM team in the design and implementation of a playbook-led approach to fund reviews for investors, worked with relevant stakeholders to build a legal tech solution for multi-jurisdictional surveys, and streamlined the ADL team’s approach to commoditised work products (e.g. - company searches, engagement letters and NDAs). Graeme is also a key contact for the delivery of outsourced legal services to private capital clients.
