Senior Associate

Grace is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.
She advises on a range of disputes in matters arising in the construction, mining and energy sectors. She has experience working on large scale project disputes, advising on issues occurring throughout the project lifecycle including delay, variations, defects, force majeure, and complex technical engineering issues.

Grace has practiced in the Asia Pacific and the Middle East, and works with major international clients across jurisdictions, advising on high value matters through international arbitration, litigation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Experience

Pro bono

  • Acted for not-for-profit charity in relation to prosecution of animal cruelty offences in the Magistrates Court in Western Australia.
  • Assisted an international, independent medical humanitarian charity with fundraising and raising awareness for refugee hospital in the Middle East.
