Giulia provides legal assistance to Italian and international clients in the regulatory aspects concerning the performance of banking activities and the provisions of investment and payment services.
She provides legal assistance in relation to on-going compliance with the Italian regulatory framework, with specific regard to the rules governing the provision of investment and payment services, market infrastructure regulation, distribution of financial products and services, deposit activities and lending, including the consumer credit and consumer mortgage credit. Giulia also has ancillary experience in the negotiation of derivative contracts under ISDA documentation.
